Give her the yellow potion she asks for, that will open all the quests. You only have to do this once.
After that, the first menu option will talk about Sunday Hat, Mage Hat and Magician Hat. The second menu option will talk about the Hat of Sun God (Also known as Solar God Helm?).
You can buy the yellow potion at most tool shops.
