Some Highlights:
1) Many changes to skills of different classes
2) TGK Card Changes
3) Guillotine Fist (or Asura) - time penalty of using sp restoration item
4) Clashing Spiral formula change
5) Genetic's Hell Plant is nerfed

Boss Monster A - Before patch: 280k ~ 310k, After Patch: 200k ~ 220k.
Boss Monster B - Before patch: 220k ~ 250k, After Patch: 150k ~ 160k.

Acid Bomb's VIT-based damage formula remains unchanged.
Weapon ATK's contribution to the damage was significantly lowered.

Howling of Mandragora

Before Patch:

On a target with:
1 VIT, 1 LUK - 19 out of 20 tries succeeded.
100 VIT, 1 LUK - 16 out of 20 tries succeeded.
100 VIT, 50 LUK - 7 out of 20 tries succeeded.

After Patch:
1 VIT, 1 LUK - 11 out of 20 tries succeeded.
100 VIT, 1 LUK - 5 out of 20 tries succeeded.
100 VIT, 50 LUK - Not even worth testing.

Skill AoE changed to 15x15

Hell Plant

Testing the change in damage contribution from Summon Flora, with Level 5 Hell Plant, 50 INT:

Level 0 - Before Patch: 12500, After Patch - 10125.
Level 1 - Before Patch: 13889, After Patch - 10416.
Level 2 - Before Patch: 15625, After Patch - 10781.
Level 3 - Before Patch: 17857, After Patch - 11250.
Level 4 - Before Patch: 20833, After Patch - 11875.
Level 5 - Before Patch: 25000, After Patch - 12750.

Testing INT contribution to Hell Plant damage with Level 5 Summon Flora and Hell Plant:

INT 50 - Before: 25000, After: 12750.
INT 60 - Before: 25500, After: 13800.
INT 70 - Before: 26000, After: 14850.
INT 80 - Before: 26500, After: 15900.
INT 90 - Before: 27000, After: 16850.
INT 100 - Before: 27500, After: 18000.

You can no longer stack Hell Plant anywhere in 3x3 of each other.
No changes to max # of active Hell Plant.
Summon Flora's contribution to Hell Plant damage significantly decreased.

Thorn Trap

Maximum number of traps decreased from 5 to 3.
You can't place Thorn Traps within 3x3 range of each other.

Thoughts (kRO player): Genetic is worthless.

Gravity offenses two country at the same time, as past Philippine hates Malaysia a lot. And they are now using Malaya based map by the name of Philippine.
