why dont use the big gc we formed ourselves after woe last time for the mainpage?
and personally i dont like xmas goblin lol
anyway, any change to make the forum looks more "RO" would just be a bonus

I wouldn't think by putting a GC screenshot would be a better choice as some of us are not GC members and we will feel left out.

I personally wouldn't suggest by putting too much of GC affliation will be a better idea. I understand that the moderators and admins are GC leaders or members, but at the same time, also have to think about those members which are not GC members.

I don't mean to spoiled anything, but I think it would be better neutral than everything is GC. It is better to use or placed as much as GC affliations in a GC forum but not in a public forum. Because it's more like telling everyone out there that this forum is more like a GC forum rather than a prontera forum.

About the banner. As this forum is for prontera server players. And most posts will be focused on Prontera Market Trading Activities.

It is strongly believed that a banner with venders is the most appropriate choice.

All topics are related to GC because most of the registered member in this forum is gc members. However, we would appreciate if you could invite more non-gc players into this forum.

About the banner, if you have any better idea for a banner you are always welcomed to attach new banner suggestion in your post.

About the gc logo in banner:

Yes we agreed we put that logo is because this forum is made by GC.
It is a trademark only.

All topics are open to publics and other guild members are always welcomed to post or search for information they wanted.

ah, dont agree...

Just simply making a forum for GC not that good because:

1) seems like we are stucked up.
2) if only GC ppl, then very few people using the forum then defy the purpose of this forum which is - u know -, to buy/sell things or discuss other in game problems
3) official forum has been down, down too long
4) make GC different from other guild =D, no need special forum just for GC

to blue: actually GC logo not that obvious... but your point, taken... and i believe admin is doing their best, maintaining the forum...

wa~ adele still wan giv 1,2,3,4 one.....then the whole interface for this have to change i guess..if not, ppl will think this is gc forum...juz as Blue said.

To have own GC forum is not being stucked. There might be a lot of guild tactics to be discuss or bonding within GC guild members, so by having a GC forum for GC members is essential to have own forum.

You never want to tell other how you manage your guild or what is the bad things happen within your guild right ?

To turn this prontera forum into GC forum, i do not think it is a good idea as it's like shoo-ing off those who are not GC member out of this forum. It's not nice.

What I suggest is, the moderator team can come out with another forum just for GC members while still remain this forum as a prontera forum for buying/selling purpose as well as a place for all players to gather and discuss bout issues.

I'm sure the moderator team noted your point. Don't get upset. Everyone has their fredom to voice out their opinion.

Give some time for the moderator team to do the amendment or take actions as they are now gathering opinions. They might even come out with a nicer interphase.

Dear moderator team
First and foremost, I felt glad that GC members actually took up the trouble to come out with a forum for everyone. Thank you although I don't even use the buying/selling section.

Secondly, please don't get offended with the opinions being voiced out regarding GC logo or interphase by other members especially Blue, he might have just used the wrong way to voice out. We are not trying to blame or complain but just to voice out our opinions.

As for me, I'm don't mind with the current interphase but I felt that a public forum should remain it as general.

By the way, having GC logo here and there it's ok but don't flood it everywhere in the forum. Because we as non GC members doesn't felt welcome at all, we will just felt like stepping into a wrong realm.

about the banner...i will change as fast as possible..

our purpose to make this forum is gather every players in prontera RO to spend their free time and sharing everything...it is good to see everyone meet each other at here..

as u know, this forum is made by GC member..so the most ppl who come 1st will be gc members, cos we always promote this forum in our guild..

to make this forum actively, our gc members have try their best to post anything in this forum..i m here to thank to them who support us to achieve our goal..

To Whom It May Concern,

There is 2 section in this forum.

1. For general players

2. Hidden section for gc members. I apologize if the update of gc members under gc group is delayed.

So don't worry, public players can surf around this forum without bothering about gc guild's information.

Any gc-only information will be posted in gc section (which is hidden from normal registered members).

About banner,

Label a gc emblem at the corner of emblem is just a trademark. However, other banners suggestion are always encouraged in order to improve this forum.

The aim of putting a gc logo at the corner of banner is not for showing off purpose or making other users feeling left out. Just hope everyone understand the efforts that our guild players putting on this server to keep Prontera Server running and connected.

Another thing though, to really make this forum even more successful, maybe it is necessary that the moderators/admins has to keep supervise every now and then, screen out certain replies that are totally irrelevant to the topic (good to see that people are participating and discussing but not good if some ppl spam stupid stuff). That way, other users will feel forum is useful, efficient, and continue to use this forum.

PS: sadly, in other words, demanding alot from the moderators/admins =D... gambateh

PPS: Just want to say well done to henry & other admins... overall everything seems to be fine and seems to be changing for the better =D
