Warlock skill Question

As I understand from irowiki, we can only release skill after we read the skill book which means if we read 3 times, we can only release 3 times. But what i've saw in RO is players only need to cast reading skill book once and they can release all they want. how to make this possible?

Definitely a good question for non-warlock players. Unfortunately, I'm not warlock player, hence you have to wait for those warlock to lend u a hand.
