we all still don't know these job should learn what skills, but i can told you that different people had their own different style, better yourself read the skills description and learn the skills which you think it is suitable for you.

for bishop, if support type, up canto candidus (party agi) and also sacrament level 5. once you have sacrament level 5, most other skills will come along as well

the rest is up to you

high heal is only good at level1 or 2, higher level not worth it

so far i see bishop skill the most important is the Sacramnet beside tat not really sure d lol
